All products are delivered digitally via a secure email download link after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and USD (US Dollars) for reference. Actual charges are processed in INR via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
By completing a purchase, you authorise Go4Lead to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Razorpay. Go4Lead does not store your card or payment details.
After successful payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. The download link:
If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at grow@go4lead.com with your payment reference number.
Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our products, we operate a no-refund policy as a default. Once a download link has been sent, the purchase is considered complete.
However, we will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

Results from cold outreach vary significantly based on factors outside our control including your industry, offer, target market, and execution quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Lead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost opportunities, or business interruption.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Your use of Go4Lead's products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Go4Lead operates a no-refund policy by default since products are digital and instantly delivered. Refunds are considered only if you were charged but never received the download link, charged twice for the same product, or received a corrupted file. Email grow@go4lead.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID; approved refunds are processed in 5-7 business days.
Your download link is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase and can be used for up to 3 downloads. It is personal to you and must not be shared.
No. Purchasing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product, share the files publicly, claim authorship, or use the content to create a competing product.
